How does NAM work?

„Yoga Fusion“ means looking at your life and youself holistically. To find out how you can get closer towards your happiness, we’ll look at four of life’s most important bulding blocks to improve together.

Movement:
A happy body has a big impact on your mind as well. If you choose to focus on your body with me, we’ll practice yoga or use methods from physical therapy. It’s important for me to celebrate even the smallest step with you – even reading this will certainly bring new things in movement.

Relaxation:
We often forget how tense we are in our day to day lifes. But no one can give it all without pauses. Through meditation, yoga and massages I can bring some new ease in your life. Your inner peace and working on your grounding are really important for your growth and healing.

Nourishment:
You are, what you eat. A saying that’s common, but bears truth. We’ll look at your eating habits and find out who you are, and what you aspire to be. Is it, for example, too hard to make yourself breakfast or do you lack the energy to cook yourself dinner? Together we’ll work on a nutrition plan, which is compatible to your taste and everyday life. I’ll help you to actually become what you eat and make what you eat become more part of yourself. 


Mind:
Our brains are integral for finding happiness. I know how to unlock a lot of power through phyical therapy and yoga. The best way to treat your mind is obviously to search for additional mental health guidance. I myself have a lot of experience in caring for my mental health myself or with a therapist. If you’re not sure what way to go, or what kind of therapy to look for, I can help you find what’s best for you.

Relationships:
Humans are social creatures. We learn and grow through connection and need each other to do so. Our time together is an example for that fact - I want it to be as pleasing and healing as possible. Eg, if you are insecure to go back into the depths of social life, thanks to some bodily inhibitions, I can be your power source and motivator.

Private sessions at home/outdoor: from €69 per session
Online yoga lessons: from €49 per session
Nutrition consultation package (consisting of an initial meeting, a subsequent individual nutrition plan, and two follow-up appointments): from €239

From my experience as a yoga teacher and physiotherapist, I know that a 45-minute session is a good start. If you book a double session, it can be wonderful to transition into relaxation through massages after a prior activity.

Personal Training

is, as the 'staff' reveals, working with you! First, we will jointly identify the goals you want to achieve physically. We accomplish this with a detailed analysis and a clear plan tailored to you. In it, I will show you ways to navigate your journey. I will support you with motivation and guidance. Do you find it difficult to motivate yourself? I would be happy to assist you, and to keep the hurdles as low as possible, I am happy to come to your home.


Massages

It helps especially with limitations in daily life due to acute injuries, chronic pain, or other difficulties of the musculoskeletal system. But that's not all - it supports you in recovery and serves to relax.

Yoga 

is an untranslatable term, full of meaning. With me, yoga will be about creating a space in which your body and mind are appreciated and accepted. Yoga ultimately creates a point of calm so that you can find your peace even in the midst of a raging storm. Do you think yoga is not for you?
