Who is NAM?

Hello, I am Nina. 
It's a pleasure that you found me! I support you in developing a good relationship with your body... and I'm happy to come to your home - so that you have as little effort as possible and can find time for yourself even in a stressful everyday life.

Was ist NAM?

„sat nam“ – The truth lies within you.

This mantra from the basic scriptures of yoga keep my motivation up, to go on a searching journey with you. NAM also means something very personal to me… 

What is NAM like?

No matter if physical therapy, yoga or coaching, I’ll have four basic principles of human life in mind: Movement, Relaxation, Mind & Relationships. Find more about those concepts here… 

Personal Training

supports you with your personal, bodily goals and focuses on abilities like strength, endurance or agility.

Yoga

brings you to a state of balance with breathing technique, poses or relaxation techniques.

Massages

helpful for reaxation or if you’re actively injured, in chronic pain or have problems with your musculoskeletal system.
